  • half cup of rice and half cup of moong dal,Three teaspoons of oil , half cup of palak blanched puree,one onion,one Tomato,6 garlic pods, turmeric powder,salt

Directions

  • Recipe for palak khichdi is as follows take few palak leave and add them in boiling water and let it cook for few minutes once cooked then allow it to cool and grind it to make Puree keep aside .Now second part of recipe as follows take a pan and add oil once it's heated then add finely chopped tomatoes and onions and garlic and add little salt and let everything cook for few minutes then add finely chopped green chillies and palak puree and add pre cookef rice and moong dal kichdi add water mix everything let everything cook for few minutes add salt as per taste cover the pan for few minutes it's ready in short time .To be served hot with desi ghee
